How can I efficiently delete a large number of unwanted photos from my Google Photos account, without affecting the photos that I want to keep? >
> I have mistakenly uploaded 50,000 photos of inappropriate content to my Google Photos account, and I want to remove them as soon as possible. However, I cannot find an option to delete photos by upload date, and the website crashes when I try to delete more than 5,000 photos at once. The unwanted photos have different dates and are mixed with my personal photos in the default view. >
> Edit: I have managed to solve the problem by following these steps: I accessed a page that shows photos by upload date by clicking on "View uploaded photos" in the Google Photos desktop app. Then I selected and deleted 1,499 photos at a time, as the website could not handle more than 1,500 photos. I appreciate the help from everyone who replied. I am relieved that the issue is resolved.
